THE BAYSIE SWEAT SQUAD OFFERS A VARIETY OF 45 MINUTE WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO CATER TO DIFFERENT FITNESS GOALS AND PREFERENCES. THESE WORKOUTS INCLUDE:
FIIT IN 45
This session focuses on improving cardiovascular health, burning calories, increasing endurance, enhancing metabolism, and providing stress relief through high-energy low impact cardio exercises.
STRONG IN 45
Resistance: This workout aims to build lean muscle, sculpt and tone the body, improve endurance and stamina, enhance core strength and stability, and boost confidence through a combination of resistance training, bodyweight exercises, and core work.
ENERGISE IN 45
Hybrid: This class combines cardio and strength training to skyrocket energy levels, torch calories, sculpt lean muscle, enhance cardiovascular health and endurance, elevate mood, and reduce stress in just 45 minutes.
STRETCH
The STRETCH sessions focus on enhancing flexibility, improving joint mobility and function, reducing muscle tightness and stiffness, preventing injuries, and enhancing athletic performance through dynamic stretches and mobility exercises.
